BeVision M1 system has been optimized for rapid, accurate and precise operation. Software and hardware components selected are to reduce the complexity and improve the amount of data. The system is composed of microscope, digital cameras, electric object stage, controllers, and sample fixing device, which can meet customer’s demand for optical resolution, lighting, and the amount of data.

BeVision M1 system uses a variety of advanced software and hardware technologies at home and abroad, including automatic three-dimensional uniform motion system, auto-focus system, seamless panoramic image synthesis technology, large particles extraction analysis technique, etc.
Settings
Fully automatic three-dimensional object stage can be set for the scanning region, scanning speed, scanning time, etc of samples according to your need. In the process of scanning, the coordinates of the current scan in the position of the sample can be displayed on real time basis. Automated microscope components and camera are controlled on the real-time basis. Users can also set the exposure time, image focus, replacement of the objective and application of the color or shadow correction as required.
Image acquisition
Image acquisition is integrated in the simple working process, which reduce the error and improve the reliability. Integration of slope compensation and focusing prediction algorithm ensures the focus images during the scanning process. No more human intervention is needed.

Powerful particle detection algorithm
BeVision M1 has a powerful, fast and accurate particle detection system with unlimited drawing frame and multiple-image, which is based on gray-level threshold, and combined with a comprehensive set of morphological parameters, can perform more than 100 standard parameters.
View your whole samples
BeVision M1 is able to reconstruct the whole sample, and create a complete particle distribution diagram, which has nothing to do with the sample size. Then the image can be used in a report, as required by national and international standards.
Display and monitoring results
System will automatically create the standard documents as below: automatic collection for the largest particles, material result report, display document of tinted particles associated with the size classification, and particle distribution diagram of the whole sample.
Conform to the industry standards
Mandatory regulations of counting and classification of pollution is developed according to the relevant international, national or company standards from all walks of life, such as cleanliness standard ISO 4406:1987, ISO 4406:1999, ISO 4407:1991, ISO 16232, NF E 48-651, NF E 48-655. By means of its rich data mining functions, BeVision M1 can carry out the data classification according to these standards and specifications, can also create user-defined rules which can be realized by the customer or the internal regulations.
Report
BeVision M1 can provide a professional report which integrates a whole set of solutions. Report is automatically generated by the relevant measured results, in accordance with all the selected standards. Contents of the reports can be completely customized according to the user preference.
